Come help support pregnant moms and families served through local pregnancy centers by sponsoring and riding in our Central Iowa Ride for Life!

Biking for Babies uses cycling as a means for proclaiming the inherent dignity of every human life from conception until natural death. We want everyone, of all ages and experience levels, to ride for life.

Now in its sixth year, the Central Iowa Ride for Life benefits approved pregnancy help organizations in Iowa and the formation of young adults into missionaries of the Gospel of life.

This event will take place Saturday, June 27, 2026. We will start Mass (optional) at 7 AM, registration at 7:30 AM, and the program begins at 7:45 AM. The event will around 1 PM. The ride starts at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church; 1102 NW Weigel Dr; Ankeny, IA 50023.

There is a route for everyone, choose between:

a 23-mile ride to Slater
a 48-mile ride to Woodward
and a free 5-mile family fun ride!

We can’t wait to ride with you and celebrate life one pedal stroke at a time.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be pairing with National Ride for Life!

Pictured above is our rider, Elyse Sardegna, visiting the home. She was truly inspired and decided to take on the challenge of biking all the way from Oklahoma City to St. Louis!

She is originally from Belvidere, Illinois but is currently attending Oklahoma State University and studying Industrial Engineering and Management.

We wish her the best of luck and are already so proud!

Past Event: 5th Annual Gala

Martha’s House of Hope is pleased to share that at our 5th Annual Sunsets at the Rose Gala, we raised a total amount of nearly $130,000 thanks to all of our generous donors! We also exceed our $60,000 matching gift campaign to pay off the mortgage for the Dubert House! Your continued support allows us to help more at risk mothers and babies and we could not do it without you!
